During my fellowship at Künstlerdorf Schöppingen I have started a long term printmaking project, working with the love letters exchanged between my grandmother and my grandfather between 1947 and 1952. Using mokuhanga technique (water-based woodblock printing) I aim to translate the letters’ text into images.

En la residencia en Künstlerdorf Schöppingen comencé un proyecto a largo plazo de xilografías al agua partiendo de las cartas de amor intercambiadas por mi abuela y mi abuelo entre 1947 y 1952. En un intento de transliteración el texto se convierte en imágenes.
